ON THE OTHER HAND, ARTICLE 11.THREE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ROYAL DECREE ESTABLISHES THAT THERE MAY EXIST IN THE SAME REGIONAL ECONOMIC-ADMINISTRATIVE COURT CHAMBERS WITH TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION THAT IS LESS THAN THAT OF THE RESPECTIVE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY, AND THE MINISTER OF ECONOMY AND FINANCE SHALL DECIDE ON THE CREATION OF SAID CHAMBERS, AS WELL AS THEIR COMPOSITION, HEADQUARTERS, TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND JURISDICTION.

THIRD. THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL ECONOMIC-ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS SHALL ACT IN PLENARY SESSION, IN GENERAL, WHEN THE AMOUNT OF THE CLAIMS EXCEEDS 3,000,000 PESETAS OR WHEN THE CHALLENGED ACT IS ONE OF THOSE PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLE 42, PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER C), OF THE REGULATIONS ON PROCEDURE IN ECONOMIC-ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS, THE FIGURE SHALL BE 50,000,000 PESETAS IN VALUE OR TAXABLE BASE.

Administrative economic claim

The sentence gives reason to the RCRA when declaring proven the origin of the exemption and demonstrating that the sports club is within the assumption of the fiscal regime of the non-profit entities.

The RCRA hopes that this ruling puts «an end to the dispute», once it has been proven the «justification of the exemption,» and shows its firm «willingness to defend the interests of its members and work to meet the objectives of promoting water sports» for the benefit of Alicante society.

From the Alicante City Council, letters were sent to the rectors of the University of Alicante (UA) and the Miguel Hernández (UMH) of Elche and to the presidents of the Professional Associations of Lawyers and Economists of Alicante, requesting the proposals of candidates previously proposed by the Local Government Board.

The Local Government Board has agreed to propose Luis Alfonso Martínez Giner as president of the Municipal Economic Administrative Court, Manuel Gonzálvez Albero as member and Vanesa de Diego Bonmatí, as member secretary. This proposal will be submitted to the municipal plenary.
